The Xiehe Center is comprised of the general management department, the professional function section, and the administrative support section. The responsibility of departments is to overall planning and arrangement, increase the scale and improve the structure, strengthen the standardized governance; to expand the talent teams including team of competent teachers, team of faculties and team of experts; to develop the teaching system including curriculum system, teaching and research system, teaching evaluation system; to enrich the brand of connotation; to prepare the list of resource covering both software and hardware for standardizing and supervising the allocation and procurement; to carry out the information technology programs at the Central Office, schools and kindergartens, develop a technology system to support the development of teaching; to utilize external professional service.
